French Dressing


  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 60g mustard
  • 40ml white wine vinegar
  • 100ml milk
  • 50ml sour cream
  • 50ml olive oil


Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

Filter the ingredients through a Funnel & Sieve, fill directly into a 0.5 L Whip.

Connect your InfusionMax cylinder using the adapter and shake your dispenser about 6 times. If the dressing is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved.

Serve directly on salad or in a bowl.
